go look for now-code or low-code solutions somebody mentioned retool which seems good, Google has appsheet and there are many more out there I have not tried but that would be a medium effort path forward I suspect. We evaluated one called Retool and it seemed pretty cool, but because it's a per-user pricing model, the costs can be pretty substantial when you. There are some other low-code tools that have similar premises. Used it to build an internal CMS, and it handles relational stuff well. I've been using React Admin for this use case, and I really like how it works. I'm testing this tool that is mainly for create webapps from datasources, but it has a Query Library where you can save, run and share queries in case you want to try it.
